Sweet, merciful Christ those are ugly.

Learn to ride that small bike fast, and you'll have the advantage over those that started on the supersports. I've got a little DRZ400SM now - worlds apart from my previous sportbikes - and I'm re-learning how to ride. It can be a lot of fun flogging a smaller bike; you can reach its limits...

Spied: BMW 3 Series GT spied

That purchase pattern follows pretty much every new/refreshed car once its available. This whole "GT" idea is pretty terrible. The cars are hideous. Make them a saloon or a wagon; don't try to fill a nonexistent void between car/softroader/crossover/SUV. I sincerely doubt there's a market...

    Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid

That being said though, if you want proper driving dynamics, you should be getting a mid-size sedan/wagon, or a car-based SUV. The vast majority of families here aren't bigger than 5, so I don't really see the need for 7 seats. Fuel economy in a V6 equipped minivan is abysmal, and the 4 cylinder...

    Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid

Doesn't the Sienna normally come with a 270 horsepower V6? Without the ridiculous wheels and painted calipers? A "performance minivan" is about as white trash as beergut muffintops over denim shorts. If you're stupid enough to pay $45k for a van that's worth $15 when you drive it off the lot...

    Sleeper Thread

So this assumes that a contemporary base V8 Mustang is (relatively speaking) slow. Could a "sleeper-sleeper" then be considered to be a fast "contemporary base V8 Mustang"? My bone-stock exterior (save for a slightly more functional GT500 spoiler) + The Christmas present: About...

Chicago 2011: 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 is the fastest, most powerful ever

Holy Christ; you need to be a scriptwriter for The Biggest Loser. Nice estimates, but about as realistic as Obama's goals for 'change'. Shedding 300 pounds to get it to its pre-teen weight won't do much for the current Camaro. Its far easier to gain power than drop weight...and it makes for far...

    Auto Shipping/Transport

Haha, well, credit where credit is due then. In my experience, I5 is generally well maintained, even in pretty adverse weather. Take your time if it gets rough - a couple extra hours added to a trip won't kill you, and trying to rush in bad weather often ends in fail.

    Auto Shipping/Transport

I'm sorry Shawn...but shipping a car from California to BC is fucking retarded. You're "stuck" in a front wheel drive car in southern California, drove all the way down but are afraid to put less than 2500 miles on the ODO to drive it back, but somehow think you can rationalize the $1000 cost to...

Jalopnik: Oh boy, a new Passat, for Americans!

Clearly, they saved the $7000 per unit by firing the design team and threw a barbeque grill on a fridge box, telling the engineers to "make it look like that." At least they're keeping the option for the TDi. I dislike that 5 cyl version; I was amazed to drive a friend's 08 Rabbit with the 2.5...

Just got a new, more 'winter capable' hooligan machine a week ago: Most of my riding buddies are making the switch to supermotos, what with our new, draconian speeding laws (get caught doing 40 over - vehicle gets towed, 7/30/60 day license suspensions). I figured I'd follow suit. Given...

I concur: Alas, the bike slipped on said ejaculated testosterone, but not before nailing some pussy deer that was unfortunate enough to get in the way of my hurtling mass of manliness:
