2012 Ford Mustang V6 EDIT: Actually, I'd like to say it's the V6 Performance. I know it's not a different model, but some of the other list an important option, and the performance pack makes a big difference to me.

    The 2015 Mustang

Very nice! Though what would be its place if we also get the Falcon? RWD 4 door with lots of power; it's cool, but we probably only need one. Maybe it'll be sold as the Falcon in other markets, but the Fairlane here (US). The Mustang is supposedly going to be build on the Falcon platform, but it...

    Random Thoughts... [Automotive Edition]

Taking the car out of gear without depressing the clutch; is it damaging? I sometimes put the car in neutral without depressing the clutch pedal, but I'm worried that I might be stripping gears or something. I don't hear any bad noises, but I'm still unsure.

    The 2015 Mustang

It would be useful, and I've encountered the limited luggage space in my Mustang, but I really like the style of the Mustang. I don't think I'd sacrifice the style for more luggage. I don't know how it would make it handle either. When I buy that GT650, it won't be a wagon/4 door/shooting brake.

    The 2015 Mustang

PLEASE let us have it in the US. Ford really should line up a competitor to the C300 and the Charger. EDIT: They're exporting the Mustang, part of the 'one Ford' thing. We got the Fiesta and the Focus that the Europeans were getting, hopefully they'll bring over the the Falcon. Though...

    The 2015 Mustang

Maybe they will use the same chassis, I don't know, what I was trying to say is that they probably won't make a wagon or shooting brake or 4 door 'Mustang'. Most people don't think of a wagon or shooting brake as very sporty. I know Top Gear UK and US have proved that they can be, but most...

Well, isn't some positive camber good for handling?

    The 2015 Mustang

Yes, but they don't look the same or have the same name. If Ford releases a V8 4 door or a wagon or something like that, it'll probably be released as a different model entirely. EDIT: New Crown Vic? Fairlane? A new model name entirely? Probably not 'Mustang', as people think of it as having 2...

Camaro ZL-What? 2013 Ford Shelby GT500 delivers 650 HP and 200 MPH straight from Ford

I remember that he gave us the rear wheel horsepower, not the flywheel horsepower. It's one of those 'not technically lying' things. EDIT: Though I suppose saying it has 650 HP when they mean flywheel HP and not rear wheel HP when it's the rear wheel HP that matters is also 'not technically lying'.

    The 2015 Mustang

Don't even joke like that.:glare: Let's just be happy that those 4 door/wagon grotesque monsters never made it into the sunlight. EDIT: Seriously though, I've been looking and I can't find one of the current gen. EDIT AGAIN: Also, I should point out that 'grotesque monsters' was a joke. I...

    The 2015 Mustang

I've heard a lot of crazy things, but I think it's safe to say that the Mustang won't come in a 4 door body. Nor will it be a wagon.

    Random Thoughts... [Automotive Edition]

I mean that I don't just put it in neutral when slowing down to a stop, I downshift all the way to 1st or 2nd. I don't just let the clutch grab, I let the clutch slide, it's not so jerky that way. This is, of course, in addition to using the brakes. How much would it wear the clutch?

On the subject of engine braking. I do it all the time, but I worry that it might not be good for my car. Anyone know if any sort of damage could result from engine braking regularly (and by regularly, I mean every time I slow down or stop).

    The 2015 Mustang

We had this discussion somewhere else. But with my Mustang now having...um... slight body imperfections... and the fact that it'll be 'soooooo last gen', it might be more cost effective to just do an engine/transmission swap. Either way, it's not what we're here to discuss. EDIT: On second...
