I went back to my roots.. So last year i rode this to work for awhile. The 83 passport. Sold it to a doctor for $1k.(Miss my old s10..) Then went to a 06 DL-650 because i wanted to go way fast and far! Great bike. Dam heavy ... Paid that off and bought ,and put a few thousand K's on the 99...

I second the Rotella T. Every 3k. Chain adj when it needs it. Honda graphite chain lube rocks. Any engine related parts come form the Honda dealer. The other stuff is whatever. My bike has been getting more Farkles and attention then i should be giving it considering i was riding at 35degrees...

I been living on some dill soup i made and pazstet that was on sale for breakfast and drunk snacking. shit.. Its cheap to eat good. Buy eggs from the farmer dude at work, cheese from the farm market. Get bread from the store bakery and do a few sit ups. When i see people loading up 2 shopping...

I had a HJC cl-max2 I liked it. Not too heavy or noisy for a modular.

Its 35f degrees out. I'm riding the XR till snow sticks. Anybody have any experience with large dual sport tires? I have a Michelin t63 on the back and its a pretty good wearing tire so far but my bike see's way more slab then dirt. Any recommendations?
