Their stock price tanked because someone impersonated them on Twitter, bought a blue check and said that insulin was going to be free. Some of their shareholders thought it was the actual company making the announcement, went "But profitz! " and sold a lot of stock.

It will bounce back. So the only people losing money over this are those who need to sell their stock while it's down.
The company itself didn't lose any money. And if it did, its not because some tweet, but bebaute of the stupidity of the finance market.
