Looking at my comments for the opening episode of this season, I think I was being overly optimistic. :(
Definitely an improvement over the previous season, but doesn't hold up against The Grand Tour.

Honestly, I've been fast forwarding through most of the last few episodes. The studio segments are killing it and even the films are starting to slip. :(
Only a 6 out of 10 this week.
The Alfa review was going great; and then it was spoiled by Rory doing the "Bring on the Wall" nonsense.
The celebrity spot really dragged it down, despite David Tennant's best efforts. I think it would be better if it was just Harris interviewing the star and then...
Already this is starting to look a bit thin on ideas. The most enjoyable part of this episode was Jimmy Carr on a jet ski, before his inevitable death. :blowup:
I hope we are going to get a proper "Adventure" or "Cheap Car Challenge" for Christmas.
Great to see that it's business as usual. Just bigger and better.
As for weakest part of the show; i.e. The American;
"Some say he voted for Donald Trump...and he's already regretting it."
:lol:
Can't be sure if it's true, but...
