Woot, round 9 I was joint 2nd in the entire game. :D finally my team lineup came in positions first to fourth. Having Hamilton but not Rosberg has hit me quite a bit recently especially both of Hamilton's DNFs

I've decided to play again after missing last season (I either didn't join or ignored my team after the second race). There's a nice mix this season as some of the cheaper cars/drivers should be getting big points, so it's not such a formality as the last one or two seasons.

bloody rain. For first week I had Hamilton, Webber, Perez and Schuey. So for this race I change Webber to Button and Perez to Grosjean... guess what happens ?.?

Well I have Hamilton as my captain as well as Schuey so it's a decent start :)

Congrats to Zencorp for winning. I made a decent push up the table in the last couple of races but couldn't quite make it to 1st. I'll take 1st, 2nd and 2nd over 3 years though :D

This could be the time to start swapping major parts of your team, unless next weeks return to the previous exhust settings make Ferrari's dominance a one off :P

hmm tough choice of reverting back to my team from 2 weeks ago or leave my current spread. if only practice showed some sort of indication of actual pace :P :(

the randomness comes in the middle field and even 3rd+ spots. Hamilton seems like a good bet yet didn't do so well, the only definite so far is red bulls and vettel. anything after that there is quite a lot of randomness

except what Hamilton said was a complete joke, there was no menace or anything behind the words. Watch an Ali G interview to see the sort of absurdity the comment was made as.

It's the basic luck factor that goes into F1 :P As my previous post said, for more than half of the races so far 2/3 of my drivers have crashed out or had reliability problems. Literally you have no clue what will happen, but that's life

I don't have Hamilton in my team so don't really care, what I didn't want was Vettel finishing first and he shouldn't have if luck wasn't on his side.

The problem with EJ is that he always seems to want to be ridiculously politically correct, like when Coulthard said that no one cares about the Torro Rosso cars so they shouldn't waste their time covering them up at the end when TR put a blue cover over one of their damaged cars, immeditaly EJ...

well I've already got more points from qualy this round compared to the first one. Now I just hope my picks don't all eliminate themselves again :P surely I can't have terrible luck two weeks in a row

it was more they were guarded pre-race. Afterwards Horner said very bluntly "no, we didn't run KERS" and said they did run it on friday but Newey didn't think it was working properly so they took it all off for the rest of the weekend. It was only pre-race that they were all hush-hush about it

I had Barrichello and schumy, so that was unlucky and also a single mecedes which was a complete waste of money, the rest all came off nicely though. Sauber were the best of the cheap cars so that should increase value as well. Perez ending 7th and costing 3.5 mill was exactly as I had hoped...

it's based on F1 results, so of course the fact teams can be lucky/unlucky will affect the outcome. No one can plan for a tire blow out or an opponent rear ending you on the first corner
