Exactly. You either stick with one or t'other especially in baking an' I was taught to bake using Imperial. Metric units to me are used when the utmost accuracy is needed. I'm baking cheese sables for my bosses later an' I'm dreading it, the recipe is all metric and none of it will look right...

I do a lot of cooking an' baking an' I've always used lbs an' oz. I can't get me head round using kilos or kg in a recipe it really buggers up me train of thought. Besides I'm convinced a cake made using lbs an' oz tastes better.
