Well if you remember 5th gear, they put a smart into a concrete wall at 80mph (Ah the plastic shatter was piss funny) the smart was destroyed, but it was reasonable. You could even open and close one of the doors. The rub is though, no one would have survived that crash in any car. Anyone who hits a barrier that hard at 80mph is buggered anyway. Internal organs can't take that force.

hmm and by looking at the z-cars website they can turbocharge a busa motor to 400hp and put two of them in a car.....
...i think im gonna go buy a Hyundai Accent 3 cylinder diesel and 'upgrade the engine a 'bit'" :lol:
boy would it be fun picking on camaro and mustang drivers with a standard looking Hyundai Accent 3 cylinder diesel

you would get stupid amounts of torque steer and understeer, not to mention you don't get peak torque till about 8k rpm so it might take a LOT of effort to get it off the mark quickly...

acctually, on thier conversions for thier minis, they take out everything including the transmission and drivetrain. they then mount the engine in the middle and make it rear wheel drive. And on thier Ultima projected where they mounted two busa engines that make a total of 1,000 hp, they made it all wheel drive (one motor powers the front, the other the rear).
