Maybe. I've seen the 318 & 360 engines for sale for $1000 or so, but crate engines, especially race ready, are very expensive. Maybe you could find one in a wrecker and rebuild it, I don't know. Apart from the engine, I'd want better brakes and beefier suspension, and better bucket seats with 5pt harness. $10k comes pretty quick at this rate.

But still cheaper than a Charger! New or old!
