26:01-?

I heard it not too long ago on a GM commercial where the cars started floating or w/e

Anyone know the song at 40:11ish? It's right after Hammond finishes saying he'd rather have the Z4 over the Porsche.

Thanks,
B-Wurm :D

Hey. Can someone please tell me what song is playing during James May's review of the BMW M1 (18:04-19:31)?

Thanks.

18:04-19:31 - UNKLE - Panic Attack.

Got it from 04x05 when Jeremy's driving the Jaguar XKR.

Soft Tops

Soft Tops

I'm desperately trying to figure out what song is playing during the soft top race, when Jeremey in the S2000 and Hammond in the Z4 see whos car converts the fastest. Its kind of countryish, in my copy its at 44:18.

Thanks
Wookie

Edit: It plays again as they pull up to the pub at 47:07

Guy guys, guys (and possible girls).

Check this site out. The track that is playing when Hammond introduces the M5 and M3 can be found on ExtremeMusic.com. Its called Catch My Drift, under the Garage Rock section.

Enjoy!

And if you have time enough to look through the whole site, track by track, many of the "unknown" songs which are used on the show can be found here.

21:06 - 21:51 Oasis - A Quick Peep

I heard it on Winamp and knew it instantly. Matched it right up to Hammond's dialogue of "But what a cocker"

The composition that plays at about 2:38 when the new Stig is on the plinth is actually Gustav Holst: Mars, the Bringer of War. It's from The Planets.

Pieces from this composition are used quite frequently in Top Gear. It was actually John Williams inspiration for the music in Star Wars.

Still very curious what the song that plays before it is. Sounds like a great song.

Edit: To clarify, i'm talking about the version on Netflix. Just read the disclaimer in the first post.
