[04x04] May 30th, 2004

i live in london. Ok yes im being a little bias, but london is more a collection of many smaller towns circleing a big centre. I think when u live here and understand it, its not so bad. Rush hour tube traffic is never quite that bad as what u see on tv and ok yes there are alot of ppl but london is spread over a huge area. The good thing about it i think is that there is ALYWAYS somewhere to go out drinking at anytime of the day or night, there are always ppl out to socialise with, can get anything u want easily and its really easy to get around provided u dont drive

Can anyone tell me the name of the sound track playing behind the carrera GT. (the part where the woman holds a note for a long time and the car just kepps on going). What a car man! I want to be reminded about that beauty when i listen to that track.

That's not a problem either :)
Prodigy - Smack My Bitch Up (sorry about that, can't take a word out of song :))

And I couldn't agree more about the car.

I don't care if you swear here. ;)

Hey guys, new member here from Canada (originally from NW England)...

Just wondering if this ep. is still being seeded. I desparately want to show my friends the Audi A8 and it's trip to Edinburgh / London.

Can anyone help me out here?

What's that song?

What's that song?

I want to know what the song is that is played when they first show the Carerra GT and Jeremy is introducing it. It is that jazz-ish song that is played also at the end of Jeremy showing it.

I assume you're asking about the instrumental song played at 49:03 and 54:42 (note: it makes it much easier to identify a song if the specific time is posted with the request), but sadly I don't know the song. :(

My slightly educated guess would be either St. Germain or Thievery Corporation. I've got 2 St. Germain albums - Soel and Tourist - and 3 Thievery Corporation albums - Mirror Conspiracy, Sounds from the Thievery Hi-Fi and DJ Kicks - and it isn't on any of them. You may want to check out the rest of their discography.

Good luck though, I have a a feeling this song may be quite obscure. :)

Yes, Zenon that's the song I'm talking about. The one played at 49:03 and 54:42. I was going to say with my first post, "I'm betting that noone will have an answer." I am sortof a fan of this type of music. I say sortof because of its obscurity. I like the music, but finding out who it is is sometimes too much work. Thanks for the educated guess.

Re-torrented on new tracker.

so do u got the exacly name of the song that played
im looking for that too

and do u know that name of the song that played at 54:20 ?

I don't know any of them. There are only two altogether though aren't there? 49:03 and 54:42 are the same and then there's another one at 53:00. Plus Smack My Bitch Up is in there somewhere (frickin' awesome song)

When I first watched that Carrera clip, I knew I had to get that song. My first thought was Amon Tobin, and it turned out I was right. The title of the track is "Easy Muffin", sorry but can't help you with the album.

Oh and BTW hello everyone, this being my first post :)

This episoed aired here in Sweden today!
A pretty good episode... the Porsche Carrera GT is a marvelous car!!! :D

A note on something that has been discussed elsewhere on this board: brittish pronounciations!
It's fun how Ka (as in Ford Ka) and car (as in any other car) is pronounced almost in the same way!!! :)

The used car dart in the quarry was reallly cool!
