And I went hunting on a WASTE network I'm on with some friends and 2 different songs came up when I was searching for "Enjoy the Silence" - once by Depeche Mode and one by Failure.

I have it if you want to hear it (send me an IM). It kinda sounds like it's the right song, but I'm not an expert and I easily forgot what one song sounds like when I've listened to another (result of a short attention span and a bad memory).

I have the song you're looking and i'm 200% sure that Depeche Mode - Enjoy The Silence 2004
is the right version used in this episode.
 
Yeah, I'm listening to 2004 right now and it sure does sound like that's it.

What CD is it off of? That 3 CD thing that's their lastest I guess?
 
The song itself is currently only available as a single.
For their latest cd I think you might like the 4-disc
Remixes 81-04.

The songs I've heard so far are very very not bad. :wink:

It is off of a new Depeche Mode remix album called 'Remixes 81 - 04'. The other Depeche Mode song from the episode would probably be from the same album - I'll confirm the title once I'm done getting it.

Great job on the other identifications to Dunpeal. :)

Look closer at the list. 3:56 to 4:21 isn't answered yet. :|
