Discuss, but please no links to torrents.

Wow, emptiest discussion thread. Ever :|

And a hundred and sixty odd people have already downloaded it. Not me though, can't even start to download it until I get home. My attempt to vpn into my machine from work failed.

^
Check Torrentspy ;)

This episode was a little dull and lacking, like last weeks. The opening limo jump sequence just felt flat; Clarkson's review of the Caddy was sort of interesting but an 'undefinable cheapness' isn't exactly an insightful comment, and the 3-series review was OK but unsuprising (styling is iffy, handling is brilliant, buy one and you're a sheep). The mother segment I thought was quite interesting in that they picked out some very practical problems with the cars that the TG team would not notice, but it seemed to go on for too long.

Hopefully next week will pick up the pace again.

^haven't watched it yet (downloading at 2kb/s) but I agree with the cheapness on caddys. For all that money you're paying they always come up with some cruddy plastic fake wood interior, or some stuff pulled out of the other billion cars GM owns. Its alot better since they put money into it, but still not good enough

I liked the episode. They suprised me by not pausing the jump halfway through. I'm not a huge fan of the jumps since they all end up feeling the same so it was nice they got it out of the way quickly. The news was very funny. I wonder how many times Clarkson's GT has been stolen since that was filmed (and will Clarkson continue to threaten to bone a dog...) The review with the moms was good. Overall a decent episode.

Will the "eagle" be "landing" again this Tuesday night when TG is re-aired?

Has anyone noticed, the main gripe about American cars, is the cheap plastic on the dash. All european auto journalist say the same thing. Who really gives a f*$@ about how the dash sounds like when you tap it? They never mention that the Bimmers and Audis with the high quality plastic interiors are tens of thousands more. And will cost you thousands more for Insurance and repairs over the years. Is the the plastic on your dash really that important?

If you want a HTTP link, PM me

Havnt watched the episode yet, will do soon. I hope its a good one!!!

See you next week....I'm downloading at the incredible speed of 0,2 kb/s so ABC says it 's going to be downloaded in 1 week and 18 hours

P:S: 0,0 kb/s now

EDIT: Things are getting faster :D :D :D
Thank you SL65AMG~V12~604BHP!!!!!!!

 on Jeremy's Ford GT.

Hilarious.... and what a GREAT advertisement for Ford. Two years of wait, the car finally gets to its owner, the next day it doesn't start, gets "stolen" a dosen times every day and, AND the BEST bit... If you buy a ?110000+ Ford GT and it brakes down and you have to take it to dealer and you need a curtacy car. They'll give you a Focus Estate diesel. :shock2:  :lmao: :lmao:

Poor Ford - from all the people in the world they gave Jeremy Clarkson THE Ford that doesn't work. I think Jeremy is already boning that dog...

The Caddy part was soo funny! "Americans have found a continent called Urope and in Urope they found a country called Grrrmany". :lmao: The race with Audi S4 was a bit unfair I think... Audi beeing a 4WD, it understeers a lot in corners. I think the "cheapness"- thing would have needed some examples.. But still the Caddy part was Clarkson at his best. Bong.

Quite enjoyed the show, they actually reviewed cars on this one!!

I think the argument with the Caddie is that normally the interiors on US cars are cheaper quality than on the Euro boxes, however they do cost a lot less so who can complain (as long as they don't rattle who cares what they're made out of). On a side note the interior on my 17 year old Trans Am has needed to be almost completely replaced as everything has either snapped or warped whereas my 14 year old Vauxhall Astra's interior is perfect with only a slight sagging of the drivers seat. So maybe TG has a point that a cheap interior is a false ecconomy.

However this Caddie isn't cheap and the name Cadillac used to be a byword for luxury they used to be on par with Rolls Royce but have changed so much it's hard to see what they're about any more.

Personally I really like it as the squareness of the design is quite retro and distinctive. I think that if you saw one on the street you'd instantly recognise what car it was, nothing else I can think of looks similar.

Gotta love the Stig taking a nap on the track.

Is this supposed to be a re-encode of the other group's rip? Or do I have the incorrect torrent?
