Ep discussion, please no download talk :p

So don't read on if you haven't seen it, it will have spoilers, and as always the signal for the 350MB eps release will be the locking of the pre-ep discussion. :)

I couldn't help it but I woke up this morning and checked out the TG website... Great to see they used the Aussie muscle, I knew it'd feature in the drifting.

Well, I look foward to watching it and seeing what they think of the 297kW 6.0L beast :woot:

yeah... except its a pitty that Holden will stop making it.... i did hear that maybe HSV might still sell it for a while longer.

Still waiting for "that thing" to show up on "that site" so I can watch it.(We need code words or something) Hope it was an awesome finale. Already can't wait till next season.

THe lack of downloads is a little salty.

That post was a bit like cranberry sauce

I thought the episode was a great way to end the season. The drifting, although it doesnt really interest me, was cool when Hammond was trying to learn it. The theme song with cars was creative and funny. The F150 part was great because that truck is a piece of junk. And the Lamborghini is just stunning. I usually do not like them because they are too flashy, but it really is just  Cant wait for next season.

"It would be full of people doing whatever it is they do...Inzest mostly"
That comment had me in tears of laughter. I wonder if we'll ever see that review on TG America.

The problem HSV has is that it can only produce the Coupe while Holden is still producing Monaro bodyshells. HSV may do a buy up on the last 'x' amount to get a small roll on, but the reality is, once the basic Monaro/GTO is over, the HSV Coupe GTO (or Monaro VXR as it is in Britain) is over.

I laughed so much when Jeremy's like "I suddenly develop the urge to marry my cousin."

Sad that it's ending, can't wait until October.

What a good episode. I thought it was rather fun. Wasn't too, too pleased with the Mr Music Degree... That attempt was attrocious! I'm suprised Hamster would do that Bull Run! I thought he's married, and has kids... And to think it was just a stupid intro to the Lambo segment. I need to watch the first 15 min of the show, I kinda missed it...

Mr Peter Pettigrew (from Harry Potter) was actually not bad considering he is an actor and he isn't too skinny...

I just love it when Clarkson shouts at his studio audience. He really doesn't care about making enemies does he... Really no-nonsence: "You are wrong! I am right!" Beautiful!

After that, I'll go cry because there is no more until some time in the future

Just watched it. It's a great ep. The theme song is really funny, especially with that fart in the end. I thought the other version would be out earlier, but this time it's the 350mb version. Thanks for the rip. When does the autumn season start? Thanks.

I thought it was a very very funny episode, start to end. I was having so much fun and laughing so hard I was really surprised by the "on that bombshell" comment. I was all...

...and had to look at my watch - shit it's 9 o'clock and Top Gear is really over!

Yeah, I thought about that too. What if he died doing it and all just to intro the Lambo roadster. Frankly I could've done without it and have them spend those 5 minutes and however many pounds sterling on showing us another car.

I totally agree. At first I was like, "huh? Jeremy likes this truck?" then came the clincher: "It is absolute rubbish" and I had to hold on to the sides of my couch to not fall on the floor laughing!

Yeah it did feel rather short didn't it? Then again, I did miss 15min of it... :bangin:

Who has that stupid American truck?! In South Africa, there are millions of trucks, but they are all Suzuki's and Toyotas. I don't ever recall anyone buying a stupid Ford... It doesn't even go off-road... 'Best selling" my ARSE!

I'm glad he hated the truck... useless piece of junk from Hell!

I live in Texas and the F150 is by FAR the most common vehicle on the road.

I absolutely cant stand them or anyone that drives them, but Jeremys review left out quite a few things worth mentioning.

He test drove the SVT Lightning version which is very rare. Most F150's are 4WD and do not have that engine. Most F150s are very inexpensive, as cheap as $16,000 US for the base model. All of that being said, I loved his review and agreed on pretty much all points.

I'm so glad Queen won... :D And James' renditiion of Jessica was the letdown of the century.
