After hours of searching (for another song from Season 7...) I found the oft used track that's played at the very beginning of the '70's super car segment. It's from www.extrememusic.com, XCD069, Psychedelia, 'Acid Test'

Now, back to searching for that rock/bluesy, Beatles-like guitar track from the F430 segment when Jeremy and the Ferrari test driving are going at it...

Music from DVD version (not BBC TV) of Italian supercars?

Music from DVD version (not BBC TV) of Italian supercars?

Hello everyone!
Does anybody know the title of the music track after "Roxy Music - Love Is The Drug"
in the DVD version (Top Gear - The Challenges) of the Italian Supercars, when they are
leaving Bristol on the motorway? James May in the Urraco says:
"The battery is discharging, the oil temperature is very high,..., but the clock is correct"

On the DVD it is at 21:41-22:23, on the TV series it should be about 11:52-12.31, the music
is instead of "Quincy Jones & His Orchestra - Comin? Home Baby" and "Hawkwind - Silver Machine".
It's a fast and funky 70's song with hammond organ. The end is at "No, it is not a kit car,...".

Thanks very much for your help!

Not sure it's still helpful since it's been a while that it has aired, but anyway:

Henry Purcell: Dido and Aeneas (3. Act, Nr. 38, Choir: With drooping wings ye cupids come)

Great tune isn't it? =)

Cozy Powell's Dance with the Devil when the Hamster is doing his lap in his pretend Ferrari is FANTASTIC!!
