I'm fairly sure it's from the X-Men: The Last Stand soundtrack, by John Powell, or perhaps some remix... The little stereotypical Egyptiany hook after James says "It's a preeetty car" is used throughout the soundtrack, but I think this particular song is 'The Last Stand', the one played in the end credits.

This is just going from memory though...for whatever it's worth.
