Only caught a couple, during the cross-London race:
- African Rundown - David Arnold (Casino Royale) as Clarkson clears the bridge and can go at top speed, later reused as he passes Parliament and the police boat
- Theme from Hot Fuzz - David Arnold (Hot Fuzz) as May "clears the traffic", following Clarkson's speed up

Does anyone have the dramatic music which played just as the race was coming to an end ?:)

I heard -

Second song in Caparo test - DJ Shadow - Triplicate
Last song in Caparo test - Doves - Zither (I think, would have to hear it again)
Possibly first song of London race - Passengers (Eno & U2) - Always Forever Now

That was Lacrimosa by Immediate Music.

It was a more vocal one though, more voices in it than the version I have.

And the Muse song wasn't Starlight, it was Map of the Problematique :p

No, this one is indeed "Preliator" by Globus (which is a remix of Lacrimosa).
The same people are behind Immediate Music and Globus which is why they sounds so similar.
