Not been on here in ages but thought I would come and have a look again. Anyway..
The song while James and Mika are talking after his go in the Merc rally car between 19:13 - 19:23 is Boards of Canada - Hey Saturday Sun. Only song that jumped out at me durin the episode I'm afraid.

< big BoC fan

Around 56 minutes-ish in the Avantime segment is incidental music from Space:1999. According to my husband, whose anorak is bigger than mine, the episode it was taken from is "The Black Sun".

ADDED:
Craig Armstrong - War/Realisation
David Holmes - Kensington Chump

04:15 - 04:55 - It seems like something from the Se7en Soundtrack by Howard Shore. The closest thing to the one in the show is "Wearing the Wire" (number 26 on the soundtrack). Maybe there is someone who can verify that in case I am wrong.

A bit of a tough one...it's by the prog rock group Pavlov's Dog.
The flute solo heard in the episode appears briefly @ 1:46 into the song. Youtube Sample

ADDED:
13:20 - 13:38 - Pavlov's Dog - Julia
