I think the very first piece of music from the Ariel Atom piece is Rollercoaster of Love by RHCP.

0:24:30 - 0:24:42 (times from BBC iPlayer) in the Skoda Yeti review is If I Had a Heart by Fever Ray.

01:49 - 02:04: Amon Tobin ? Ten Piece Metric Wrench Set
50:31 - 50:42: Brian Eno ? 1/1
53:24 - 53:47: Amon Tobin ? Esther's
53:52 - 53:56: Amon Tobin ? Esther's

There was a Dark Knight OST cue in James' film, but I can't be bothered to find it.

29:06 - 29:40 and 31:02 - 31:47 is Classics IV - Spooky
The 'remixed' version heard in the episode is "Something Wicked This Way Comes" by Barry Adamson

ADDED:
29:07 - 29:41 - Barry Adamson - Something Wicked This Way Comes
31:02 - 31:47 - Barry Adamson - Something Wicked This Way Comes

37:19 - 38:29 - Ramin Djawadi - Iron Monger (from the "Iron Man" OST)

Skoda Yeti review: during the fire men crawling sequence, there's stuff from "You Go We Go," from Hans Zimmer's soundtrack for the movie Backdraft. (I somehow got an urge to yell "Allez cuisine" while watching that -- can't imagine why.)

51:07 - 51:47 - Philip Glass: Koyaanisqatsi Album. Music based on theme found in Resource (1:00-1:55), and Pruit Igoe (2:36-3:24).
