As for the internet plan, it's cable in Australia. Plans have got a lot better in the last 6 months but I haven't upgraded because I'm just about to move house in the next month and I couldn't commit to a 12 month contract.
 
Just grab it off iPlayer? If your internet is bandwidthcapped you can choose how much quality/filesize you want.
 
^ Is that possible from Australia? I haven't really got time to stuff around with proxies and the like.
