Well, weather.com says there's a 95% chance of thunderstorms on Sat and Sun. I hope it doesn't get red flagged again. Because I just remember one corner right after a small hill where EVERYONE spun out. (And my girlfriend going "whee!" when each one does) The downhill + turn + 800 hp + thunderstorm = red flag. And the main concern isn't the rain, it's the visibility.

Since the past 8-9 days, the rains have started coming in late into the day. Everyday, massive thunderstorms. Usually around the time when the race will be held. Hopefully the rain does not hit the race, or rains before the race, because when it rains, it pours buckets. I bought grandstands last year, and we sat for a long long time with no action.

This race will test the drivers more than the cars, so expect mistakes towards the end of the race.

Yes, but only slightly and not due to the home race. It seems the most reliable of the new cars and with it's experienced drivers will eventually spring a decent result just from hanging in there.

In the rain, he just might.

No. In fact, rather than mechanical failures, I predict they'll take it each other out in the gloom. Then, I shall point and laugh at a pic of Richard Branson's smug mug. MUAHAHAHA!

I think Sutil will score at least one point this time. I'd like to see both Force Indias finishing the race (or, what we get of it anyway).

No. I don't think it will be too long before they do move up the grid a bit, however.
