General Rules
1. You can only join if you are a serious racer. We are here for fun and we don't need childish wreckers.
2. You need a legal copy of the game. Demo will do for the first couple of races, almost everyone has the full version already. Later on we will be playing the full version online.^
3. If you keep fucking up the race, like forgetting to brake in every corner or anything like that. I'll kick your butt ;-)

Racing Rules

1. If you want to overtake the car in front of you, honk the horn once.
2. If you are being overtaken, go to the either side of the track. just don't be in the way.
3. If you want to let the person behind you know he can overtake you, use the double turn-signal and go to either side of the track.
If you don't have turn-signals mapped, do it.
4. If you see a person behind you that is faster and wants to overtake, let him. Don't ignore him and think you can be faster.
Turn on the blinker and let him pass. You may even want to slow down a bit so you two won't end up in a corner side by side.
5. Don't use other people as a guide-rail in corners. If you can't keep up, don't ruin it for them.
6. If someone accidently hits you and you end up in the grass, don't plan on revenge. Nobody is out to kill your fun.
7. Overtaking in corners is a thing you should decide for yourself, as long as you don't violate rule number 5 it's fine.
Slower cars can take the corner wide so faster people can overtake on the inner side.
8. No alcohol is allowed.
9. Have fun!

I think I might be able to kick some ass this weekend... I can do 1:37 consistently now :D , btw krazzy, which part of Australia are you in?

For me it has, I'm bored with S2 demo. I know the 3 cars now..let's move on!

When S2 comes out, I'll be racing 100% again 8)
 
I'm definitely in. For me LFS is just a tool for having fun racing with other people. I've been using GT 99.9% of the time, and I'm not even slightly bored with it... As long as there are people to compete with.
 
same here... the competitiveness in LFS is what makes it so fun... plus now it is alot harder to overtake as everyone has perfected that track.... but I still can't wait for S2 to come out :thumbsup:
 
couldnt agree more with mxm and andy 8)
im not even slightly bored, everyone is getting better and better, there's much more competition, and i enjoy figthing for each 1/100s of a second i can get better. i played s1 for more then a year now, so 1-2months of s2 is anything but boring yet :driving:

edit: btw, anyone in for S1 drifting say an hour before the official race? drifted with mancs the other day and forgot how much fun it was with 45degree lock :twisted: we even used tweak, inline 5, 4litre engine, 245/35/18 & 275/30/18 for better tracktion and for high speed drifting :evil:
 
just raced abit in the public servers and I actually kicked ass thanks to pdanevs advice to use GTi... now I can actually keep up with the pac :D ... I can't wait for todays race :D

My laptop is FUCKED again!! Fuck you Acer!!

Same error as last month..Disk Error.

Back then MXM told me to change BIOS to default and it worked.

Now it doesn't work anymore..
