365 Dream Cars

Second one's a Pininfarina Enjoy.

Top one's a Hyundai Getz. Obviously. :p

And we have the answers - top work as always - esp BlaRo

2001 Acura NSX

Ten years ago, the NSX stood the exotic-car world on its ear with amazing speed and handling and daily practicality. Today, however, most exotic cars have surpassed the NSX, which hasn't changed significantly in more than five years. Expect a new one this year
(2002) that will once again be on top

and

2003 Pininfarina Enjoy Concept

The idea here was to capture the raw thrill of a motorcycle with a four-wheeled vehicle. The Enjoy has no top?only a sliver of a windscreen?a tiny lightweight body, and a chassis and running gear borrowed from the very enjoyable Lotus Elise. And for the driver who wanted even less, the fenders were removable.

Here's a few quickies until I get today's sorted:

1st: aston martin DB5
2nd: no idea
3rd: bentley
4th: hondah

(how many cars you've already handled? over 100 already?)

looks like a DB4GT

Answers were: 1963 ASTON MARTIN DB4; 1951 STUDEBAKER STREET ROD; BENTLEY; HONDA

I'll stick up four cars today (can you tell that uni is catching up with me? :()

Porsche Carrera GT, MG TF, Audi Nuvolari Quattro (608hp! in GT4!), Flyin' Miata, well, Miata, with turbo and intercooler from Car and Driver's "FOURGASM!" shootout.

all correct (pretty much)

2000 Porsche Carrera GT Concept

We'll call this a concept since the actual production car is still a year away
(source: 2002), but this one's a sure bet to hit the showrooms. Propelled by a 550-hp V-10 engine, the Carrera GT should vault Porsche into the ranks of Ferrari and Lamborghini. The price: about $300,000. A wild price for a wild Porsche.

1999 MGF

Myth: MG is dead.
Reality: Although MG did pass away about 20 years ago, the hallowed marque was resurrected late last century. Unfortunately, only Europeans were able to enjoy the MGF pictured here, and there are still no plans for the car to be sold in the States.

2003 Audi Nuvolari Quattro Concept

The 225-hp TT is Audi?s current quickest sports coupe, but this Nuvolari concept could have easily blown it away with a massive twin-turbo 600-hp V-10. Production plans were only a rumor, but Audi needs a coupe to compete with the BMW 6-series and Mercedes CLK

2002 Flyin' Miata Mazda MX-5 Miata

Don?t call this Miata a ?cute? roadster. Fitted with a turbocharged 260-hp engine, the toughest part of driving it is keeping the rear wheels from spinning. It?s far faster than any other Miata we?ve ever tested?scooting to 60 mph in only 5.2 seconds, nearly three seconds quicker than a stock Miata.

and here's today's two:

The answers were:

2001 Toyota TRD Tundra

Toyota has cashed in on the aftermarket industry with its own high-performance parts division known as Toyota Racing Development. It offers customers high-quality parts with which to customize their vehicles. This Tundra has all the TRD bells and whistles, with a lowered suspension, trick wheels, and a supercharger.

1973 Ferrari 365GTS/4 Daytona Spyder

The Daytona Spyder is still a stunning performer. That long hood hides a massively powerful 352-hp V-12?fed by six Weber carbs?and a five-speed transmission that can push this roadster to the 175-mph range. Perhaps that?s why this is one of the most highly prized vintage Ferraris.

well done to fbc on the last ones, let's see who can get today's:

appears to be a Jaguar XK 140 Roadster, mid 50s, converted to 'british racing....orange?' for that classic taste of ass.

ok so it's not so bad, it just has 0 feeling of elegance.

1956 Jaguar XK140

This car might be almost a half-century old, but it's still alive and kicking. In 1997, it went an amazing 180.4 mph on its way to setting a Southern California Timing Association Class E record. It also spends the summer at vintage races. You know what they say about cats and nine lives.
