5th of February Online Race

Hi, cut me out of the list. I can't run the game. I have some problem in my pc. Don't know if it's the motherboard or the memory (changed last week in warranty) or even the graphics card. I'm thinking of buying a new MB and graphics so I won't be without my harddrives almost 2 weeks.

Btw..I might not be there for the next 3 or 4 weeks either..my laptop needs to go to back to Acer, so I wont have it for the next couple of weeks..
 
don't you have other computers... if I remember from the Post your com. desk thread... you had loads in your room
 
Yes, upstairs but the internetconnection is not that good there, I have another comp downstairs but yeah I could try on that but It's "computer-desk", kinda sucky to sit on there for 3 hours...
 
I have warranty, UPS is gonna pick it up in a few hours..so it's not directly by Acer, so I guess it's not part of their policy.
And I really don't need it for school that bad, we just started a new semester at school so it's relaxed now..

You know what I do in such cases. I'll never buy a product from them again.
Good customer care is something German firms have yet to dicover.
I think they'll have to learn it the hard way.
 
yeah customer care is really important man. apple has the best to me so far. sony ericsson are good too. i bought a T610 and had some problems download shit to it. they spent like 1 hour on the phone and did follow up calls

I bring my laptop to the livingroom and put it on the table with nice lighting and close to the fridge :D

That table is actually next to the computerdesk so I could try it...I guess..this mouse sucks though...and the mousepad too...

And yeah, Customer Service is not on a high priority here...some companies do but with most it's rubbish.

They just picked it up btw...my baby :cry:

When I worked at DHL I always talked to the people, they even offered me coffee, sometimes I would drink coffee 10times a day...
And I hate their Poopbusses too...
 
the people who took my LCD away rapped it in like 2 layers of bubble rap and got a nice bag to put it in when they took it away. then they wrap a new layer over it when it came back
