So what next? I guess we need a shedule/track&car combo calendar thing, for the league. Should we count today's race results as the 1st league race?

How about we make the legaue till early december, than its x-mas holidays etc, and we either continue or start another league from mid-end january?

Im In For Blackwood Rally and the Track Racing if yall ever race there please let me know...

sounds good to me... or we can just make up the car/track combo's as we go along... as I said, for next week... we should go back to our roots... bwgp on GTI or GT :D ... plus its quite fun because all of us were pretty competitive on that track

Make that South City Long, cos its a bit longer and makes more sense with fast cars imo.

And make that Category 6 Cars - FXO GTR, Turbo GTR, FZ50 GTR, Small Formula
They are all in the same range. WRs for SO Long:

FXO GTR
1:32.92

Turbo GTR
1:32.22

FZ50GTR
1:31.97

Formula XR
1:32.99

The times are +/- 1second, so its all fine! There are setups for all of them on teaminferno.hu except for the Turbo GTR.

PS: 20 Laps = ~ 1/2h race, almost the same as 25laps on Aston Cadet.

I should be in for the next race. Right now I have nothing planned for next Saturday.

Andy fix your pedals first, and make them properly on seperate axis ;)

Its gonna be a tough one, need to practice some time during the week. Using team inferno's setups:
Small formula: feels quite ok, but bites you in the @$$ if you push it a bit over the limit
FXO GTR: bumpy as hell, its a complete workout to drive that, actually its more like fighting the car, its so unstable... but i managed to get withing a few laps 1:36 which is 3s from the WR, so i guess im gonna drive that...
FZ50 GTR: under steer, more understeer, and last but not least, undesteer.
Turbo GTR: no setup on inferno.

understeer on the FZ250?.... I always had the problems with oversteer.... pdanev, I think it mixed the FXR and FZR together

Nono, FZ50GTR, the RR thing with no weight and grip whatsoever on the front at corner entry!!!
Corner exit if not gentle on the throttle it kills you with oversteer, that i agree, but I can live with that and I can handle it. But god, how I hate that understeer on entry, GRRRR :x

hmm.... I haven't tried using the FXR... I thought the babyF1 would be better because it reacts to steering changes much quicker and the baby F1's disadvantage is the top speed which isn't needed in SO... plus its much slimmer than the FXR which is a bigger advantage on this tight track

andyhui01, True, but on bumpy track like SO, you have to REALLY pay attention. It likes to kick rear end out too often. And I don't think you get much effect from wings on those slow corners.

yea... I have a real problem with the FOX braking on bumpy roads or uneven roads. e.g the braking for the very tight turn... I have to really start practicing on the FXR, I can't drive the GTR cars on slow corners like that ...

Yah, it's gonna be a difficult choice, especially since it seems that all of them have tire-wear problems on this track.
I haven't made up my mind yet.

^ Yeah, I noticed that as well. I had big hopes for the fxo gtr there, as it is much faster in tight-slow corners then the other gtrs, it somehow is more stable, and usually doesnt kill the tires within 2laps. But the setup from inferno will need a bit tweaking i guess, because non of the usual characteristics are present. :(

I still haven't decided as well... I really wna take the baby F1 but I my pb is about 1:39 which isn't good... and I still haven't got a lap with the FXO GTR without crashing it :(

I made up my mind, and im going with the FXO GTR! :p

Unfortunatelly, R2 tires, that barely last that one lap. And the setup will need further tweaking for long distance.
