I wonder how they reacted the time when JC destroyed (hit a brick wall, dropped a piano on the hood, etc) the old 911 cause he hated it so much.

G*DD*MN*T!!!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad:
Why the hell did they drive it on a track that wet!!! Can't they be cool for one bloody time!!! They might as well have put those wheels under it that you see when you are going for advance driving course: the ones they use to lift the car and simulate drifting... the stig had huge difficulties keeping the car on the track, and even spun it!!! Man, this is too biased... why don't they let hammond drive in it?!? I HATE JEREMY!!! AND HIS CHILDISH WET TRACK!!! WHAAAAAAAAA!!!!!
-Joost!-

I Hate Him!!!!!
-Joost!-

I do!!!!!

Gees and I thought we had some post whores haha. Settle down fellas. its only tv!!

That's almost as good as the thread on a Corvette forums after the hamster tested the new Corvette. I've never read so many homophobic comments and seen so many homophobic emoticons in my live

I don't understand why people take JC so seriously, it's a good laugh watching him, but one should be mature enough to have their own opinions and let him have his.

It's so funny when someone gets pissed off with so little...

That's sooo funny. Some people just don't have a sense of humor.
Anyways television shows should be entertaining, and that is what Top Gear is because it's not too serious.

Should be yes :) Most aren't though, there's a wide range of Motoring shows wich really are not.

Point remains that Clarkson is Clarkson, and that's why we all love him I'm sure. The real problem here is I guess that now he talks about "their" car, wich obiously can't be laughed with, just as we saw with the Corvette fans a few months ago.
And really, in the end they're very positive about this car, so I'm not sure what his problem is, in the first place.

What are they complaining about? I guess they had selective hearing at the part where he said "if you want to drive it's spectacularly good." That was one of my favorite reviews of all time. "Change into third and the gear lever comes off" hahaha, it's funny cause it's true. :D

This is true, I booed him a little when he dissed the 9-5's handling. Of course it's true, if you push too hard you just light up the inside tire, so I forgave him. :p

I think another problem is british humor is typically dry, and some people just flat out don't get it.

What convinced these people the Top Gear production staff are able to change the weather?

JC's uncompromising but hilarious insults are what lift it above other motoring programs IMO. It gives a personality to the presenters.

^^^I agree. I don't always agree with their choices (ex: they seem to go ga ga over the Focus for some odd reason :p ), it's their sense of humor that I enjoy about TG as much as the cars (good and bad) that they feature.

I actually thought that the review of the Porsche was the most hilarious thing I'd ever seen! I love the seat memory thing... that had me rolling!

Then again, I don't own a Porsche :D

Poor bitter porche fans.

That was a great segment, although I agree that I dont think they should test cars on a wet track, if its not dry, just don't test the car. Although then you get into arguments of what exactly is a dry track and what tempature it is and all that crap, so I suppose it doesn't matter much.

They should be luck that JC didn't mention all the other problems you run into being tall driving a porche. The last time I sat in one, I had to have someone open the door for me from the outside, because my knee was blocking the door handle.

When he drives it against the wall scrapeing the whole side it makes me laugh every time! But when he drove the Ruf in his modified car vid that followed he had a lot of respect for it

Clarkson loves the new 911 and Carrera GT, I don't know why those Porsche nuts can't get that inside their heads!
