Haha, nice!

I have almost the same thing. '92 EX-R, it's white as well. I will post some pics soon.

I used to have a '91 Accord 2.0 EX in white, almost just like yours :) The front was a bit different (and I had black mirrors/door handles etc.). I'll post a pic when I get back home.

I had a 1987 1.8 Saloon (early 12 valve engine) in Bronze, the EX with all the toys - for the time. I loved that car, to this day I regret selling it. I got a Renault ESPACE 2.0 GXE in is place - growing Family and as it was a firms car I got a deal on it. It was Rubbish which made me feel worse about selling my Accord. Danny yours looks a peach.

That looks stunning not that a 93 Honda Accord is stunning, but it looks like it has just come out of the showroom yesterday.

Hehe, I also had a 1987 2.0 EX, that was my first car :) In white, just like the other one. It was in a rather crappy state, though...rust everywhere and the engine had done over 400.000 km when it finally gave up one early summer evening. Engine blew it's gasgets or something in a glorious puff of smoke, at least it left "with it's boots on" doing about 150km/h on the freeway

Though I must admit, it probably lives on even today...a mechanic bought the "carcass" from us and put in a "new" (used) engine. After that I managed to see the car at least a couple of times in 2004 but I doubt it'll run long, considering the state the chassis was in.

My first car was a 1983 Honda Accord LX hatchback with a 5 speed. I really miss that car sometimes!

Could I ask how you keep it so spic and span, after it goes through all the salt, temperature changes and moisture accumulation of a Canadian winter?

Thanks to all for the nice comments! I really love this car: the steering is superb, visibility is excellent and the car itself feels lighter than a lot of modern cars.

If you must know, I bought this EX-R for 3,500$CAN back in fall of 2004 from a russian diplomat who absolutely had to get back home.

It only had about 146,000km, now more like 170,000. I was told he did oil rust-proofing every year. We've kept doing so as well.

Also, tHe reason why it looks sparkling new is because that same day, I got the car back from the body shop who had washed & waxed it.

THe week before, I had gotten into a small accident and part of the servicing included washing the car before giving it back to the client.

The right headlinght, the bonet and the front bumper were changed.

The method of oil rust proofing here involves spraying a film of grease in each crease of the car, and it includes drilling holes in certain areas (ie: doors) and spraying there.

Seems like it's paid off. :D

What a nice, inoffensive design :) For a '92 model, it really hasn't aged! I think the colour helps...

Here are my past beauties:

The pictures actually make them look better than they actually were :-D At least the older one was pretty badly raped by rust...

^^ Hey that's pretty nice for a '87 model.

Seems like it's been a nice evolution for the Accord, not considering the urrent USDM.

My First car was a '87 Accord Lxi. She was a good car. I now drive an '02 Civic Si, I love this car

I've got a '96 DX Auto, it's been an excellent car that's survived 180,000 miles with no problems except for a cooling fan that crapped out over Snoqualmie pass when it was 85 degrees. My parents bought it new in '96, so I've grown up with it. The only thing I'd complain about is that it's an Auto, which kinda sucks because of how hard I drive it.

This is the only picture I can find if it, but there's a funny backstory of it:

Fellow Accord owner here as well. Very clean car and very nice photography.

I like funny backstories. Please do tell.
