Ok, following video is in dutch, but I'll tell you what it is about...
The camera crew (Belgian national television News) is filming in a forrest where the owner of the forrest is constructing an illegal road. (you can't just throw roads into woods here
)
They are standing 4meters to the right of the road, when this happens...
The bulldoser was driven by the owners son, who appearently got mad from all the media attention and protests by environmentalists.
When the mayer came there, he got a load of sand over him. Now the police is called, but they were not arrived at the time of the broadcast.
