I just came back from a midweek at the coast.

When I was driving towards the sea, a whole lotta supercars came driving past me.

1) Ferrari 430
2) Lotus Elise
3) Porsche GT3 (the sporty version, red)
4) another Porsche GT3
and finally, the big one
5) a Porsche Carrera GT (yellow)

I couldn't believe my eyes. I didn't have time to take my camera...
They were all British cars, driving (I guess) towards the Belgian coastline, probably heading home. They must have come together.

It was my birthday, and I guess that Carrera GT was lady fortuna's present :)

You bloody lucky bastard jensked!!!

Wow! That's a good list... wait good isn't the right word... It's bloody amazing!

This was fun too, also in Belgium, Spa-Francorchamps:

There's someone in my town with a Lambo Gallardo, it's a lot smaller than I thought it would be. :p

Nope :) Only in red though.

you're all weird

how can you choose for a mainstream ferrari if you can get an exclusve porsche

I'd go the Carrera GT and the F430... I figure that if you can afford a GT, you'll be able to afford an F430.

F430 in red, Carrera GT in red. :woot: :woot:

Screw the GT, although I'd love to see it because that's one of the only supercars I've not seen yet. F430 all the way!

Clarkson: "This is probably the best car... I've ever driven!"

There are a LOT of cars that JC describes as 'the best car I've ever driven'... :?

Yeah, and in the end, a Ferrari is always a Ferrari... a show-off car...

But so is a Carrera GT ;)
But that isnt in the same class as the F430 anyway. The F430 is just a Sportscar

Well, the Carrera GT might be a in-your-face car because it is based on a race-car project... But Porsche is more about go, not show.

^ doesnt get much credit, i have NEVER seen any vids of it or anything anywhere. people only care about the GT3...

I'd rather have a GT2. ;)

Well, as you've put it that way, in case of a lottery win, I would buy a Turbo, and I wouldn't probably buy something like a Carrera GT, a Koenigsegg or a Pagani (my favourites). Well, if it was like ?24M like next week Euro Millions, I would reconsider it, of course.

It has nothing to do with that, I've always wanted a 911 and that's the fastest, most hard-core 911 there is. 462 bhp, RWD, rear engine, twin-turbo monster. No pansy ass GT3 that's easy to drive, this one bites. It's by far the supercar for me. :D
