Abandoned main road

Made a spontaneous visit to the abandonend main road yesterday, after a gap of 4 years:
There is no maintenance anymore and Nature has really taken over by now.

Most of the road is actually carved out of the rock face, and it goes 40 Meters straight down next to it:

Looks like akina right :D.

I wanna drive there, it seems that it's pretty scary but since it's already closed, means that you can flat out there, so it's like we're doing like takumi did in the anime, except there aren't any car going our opposite which is could be very dangerous.
 
Not sure if it really fits here... but seeing the "abandoned main road" thread reminded me of one Sunday morning, when I came out of a nightclub in Frankfurt and there wasn't a single car visible anywhere....
