what is this measurement! i forgot to write down what it was... all i can assume is that its milligrams per something....

any one?

is it milligrams per stroke? in which case the engine is taking in air 2 times per 1 revolution of the crank?

I thought it was CFM?

no no, one of the analysers they had in the lab measured air intake in mg/str

im assuming its milligrams per stroke, in which case, if i want kg/sec (normal mass flow units) then i'll need to times that by 2 and then by the revolutions per second to get the mass flow.

CFM is what they usually measure with fans i think....dont think we ever use that with regards to engines
