i was thinking about how much i liked car chase movies as a kid...

im thinking of stuff like the blues brothers and smokey & the bandit...

how about you guys... what are the carchase movies you like?

here are my suggestions:

Ronin
Smokey and the bandit (the first one)
the blues brothers
cannonballrun

well... i cant really think of any more right now... cos its late and im tired...

but please come with any suggestions you might have...
 
Just saw The Blues Brothers, and the pursuit was funny as hell. Never seen it before, so I was quite pleased to catch it on portuguese tv. :D
 
We would, but we can't have MPAA material here, since it just opens the site to their little bots...and the It@li@n Job was put on there before that was specified, and Viper had let the guy who released it, know that we can't be putting stuff like that here. We would like to do it but would much rather not, we even had some Ronin chases released a week or two ago, but they were asked to be removed also. :)

The transporter, and Bourne Identity also have some good car chases. Mini car chases rule.
 
^the transporter does have some bad ass chase scenes sadly the movie sucked... and i like jason statham.... also while not technically car chases... the BMW films have some AMAZING driving in them and clive owen == supreme bad ass.... Star is the best one

all good suggestions... i might actually spend some money and rent the transporter again... i liked the chases...

i liked both the bourne identity and the bourne supremacy... despite what people said about the chases in the second one... i still liked them...
 
Vanishing Point is also an excellent car chase movie, all about that guy in the car all the time.
 
Moving to Entertainment as this will be a discussion thread on good car chase movies and not a video sharing thread. ;)
