Amazing Bird

W T F!!!!! :? :? :? :? :? That is unbeleiveable, well worth waiting for (although i didn't have to wait :D )

That is amazing. Nice find Renesis.

that show normally sucks some balls but i guess that parrot improved it little bit. i remember there was a skateboarding dog...all that happened was that his owner pulled it along with a string and they could go up and down a rap HORAH!

Pet Star, what a dumb TV show. Does the winner get a recording contract ?

Why does everyone find that interesting? - It's just an animal responding to a sound, I found that incredibly dull. It's much more interesting when they get the birds to solve mathematical puzzles or work together to get some food even though only one of them will actually get it - that's what I find interesting. I watched an awesome BBC David Attenborough program recently where they did such things - now that was amazing!

Currently listening to: All I Need - Air - Moon Safari (1998)

dunno - maybe on UKNova - ask zenon, he might know.

Currently Listening To: Nothingwrong - Jimmy Eat World - Futures (2004)

Was the program called 'Wildlife on One'? I punched in David Attenborough's name into the UKNova search engine and found that. They currently have two episodes of 'Wildlife on One' up, but it sounds like this is the one you are talking about:

Kea: The Smartest Parrot

David Attenborough narrates a documentary about the kea, the world's only alpine parrot. Playful and destructive, it attacks cars, starts landslides and terrorises New Zealand ski resorts but behind the bad behaviour there's a sharp mind at work. David tries to play chess with a kea and discovers how its cheeky character is the key to its survival.

If anyone really wants one of those episodes I can download it and upload it to Hokiethang's FTP (as long as he doesn't mind having some non-car related stuff on the FTP for a while).

^ UKNova requires an account to download files, and right now they are at their maximum user limit. No more accounts are being given out. Unless you already have an account the link will do you no good - this is also the reason why I'm offering it via FTP.

Yup, that's the one. Anyone who likes wildlife programs should definately check out Wildlife On One - I'm presuming most of you will have heard of Sir David Attenborough, but I can never be sure if he's just a British phenomenon.
