AMD Radeon 6000 - Big Navi

That's really odd. I picked up God Of War during the Steam sale and at high (not ultra) settings you could hear the fans on my 5700XT go up to max pretty quickly. But after I updated to the latest drivers they barely have to put any work in, and it's not FSR helping out, I checked my settings and it's off.

I know AMD has a checkered past when it comes to their drivers but I would hope they didn't fuck up this badly with brand new hardware.
