I use a point and shoot, and just sort of wing it, but I've had a few people compliment me on my car pictures before. So I thought I'd post some of my personal favourites, to see what you lot in the photography forum think! I'm looking for any advice really, I'm thinking of moving on from the point and shoot to something better...

Constructive criticism greatly appreciated!

Playing around with my new camera these last few days.

First attempt at trails ever. Using a bridge to steady myself and being very gentle on the shutter. Think a remote might come in handy, this was the only reasonable picture, rest were a bit shaky!

Some pictures from the last couple of days, as you can see, I've been having fun!

Those last pictures are from the Britannia Mining Museum at Britannia Beach, BC. The building completely took my breath away, from the outside it has been completely reclad and made weather tight, looking brand new, but once you step inside, it's dereliction heaven.
