I just got Season 3 from a friend yesterday... In Germany they don't even know the date when it starts to air...
So far I've watched the first 6 Eps today and I love it... Some people I know from the US told me its way better than the first 2, and I guess they are right...

I download HRHD 700 MB rips every week. One of my favorite shows. I have every episode on my computer. :thumbup:

:lol: What's wrong with TV? Some of the best stuff has come from TV.

If all the shows are connected, then it's like a really long movie that is more interesting, and displayed in watchable chunks (ie. Sopranos).
 
Alias is pretty much like that. I mean, each show has a beginning and end, the there is an overall plot.

Oh man, I gotta get a flatrate... Buddy of mine dled season 3 for me, all 350 MB rips and in 2 days I watched Ep1 - Ep19... I gotta go to my Girl in half an hour... Hope I get some Action, or I'll be thinking about it all night. I NEED to know how it goes on...
Was the same with Season 1 and 2...

How is the fourth Season? Please don't spoil it, a general judgement would be appreciated...

Which resolution do thy have are they going HDTV??
 
Oooh... They have 980x500something resolution... My dvd playa doesn't play them... I guess, I'm going to cut them down in resolution... But they look sooo good... I mean, its better than DVD... WTF!

Yeah, I was blown away from the first HDTV rips I've seen aswell. They are scaled down from the original source and still look better than a DVD. I don't even want to know how a episode might look on a HDTV-TV.

Another 2 years, then its supposed to start in Germany... Will be the perfect time to buy a LCD or Plasma with about 50 inches... (125cm) I guess they will be down to 1000-1500 Euros then... And we will have DVB-T!
But swek comes from Hamburg, they already have DVB-T there, right?

Assuming the broadcast is in that resolution.
The majority of the HDTVs can't even display that resolution (in full detail) yet.
