Anyone could describe to me what kinda vid "Top Gear Revved Up" is?

Is it good? Is it bad? Too much used footage, a best of or new footage?

I want to know before i waste time d/l it.

Well, for starters Hammond is the presenter and it is in fact mostly re-used clips from last year's TG. If you've already seen all the 2004 episodes, no need in downloading it, really.
