Anyone want to buy a Group B car?

OMFG  :D

Nice!

Not only is that one of the craziest Group B cars, its also the car that arguably single handidly destroyed Group B racing.

I saw one at a local vintage track race. It was sitting on a trailer and didn't run, but it was still amazing to see one. It's probably the rarest car I've ever seen first person. 8)

Edit: Now that I think about it, the RS200 I saw was probably this car. I saw it at Mission Raceway, just an hour outside of Vancouver where the car is being sold. I highly doubt there is more than one in the Vancouver area, let alone one in a 500 mile radius of Vancouver.

What's so good about it?

^ you're too much into Porsche's you don't seem to know anything else

It DOMINATED (or so I hear) the rally scene.

it was easily moddable to 800 and even 1000 HP and it's a little 4cyl.. but it's made by Cosworth, it also owns a few world records for different things

Wow, the car didn't even end up getting a single bid.

I guess it would be pretty hard to sell something that specialized.

If I were incredibly wealthy that would be one of the cars I'd want to have in my garage.

It was a Ford RS200 or whatever.

Clarkson's stacked one of these on Top Gear... (he was going in a straight line) They are just a nasty boost machine!

Drool!!
This was one of my dream cars when I was a kid.
I had a small picture of it (along with a Renault 5 turbo) hanging over my bed.

So you went for the next best thing and bought an Impreza
Actually, the road-going Sport Quattro would still give a WRX Sti a bloody hard time  Top Gear once put the ol' Sport Quattro against a Mitsubishi Evo (VII, if I'm correct) with Tiff driving the Audi and Vicky in the Evo, on a twisty cours..and in the end the Evo won by a slight margin.

I've never seen a real Sport Quattro. Only a 170 were ever built...and they now tend to sell for the original price, which was pre-tty steap (talk about good value).
