Application Scheduler , Really need help!!

I have looked everywhere, and tested some programs, but i can't find something that would open a application, in this case is the bittorrent, at a specific hour, and close it some hours later..
I need this because i have a small amount of international traffic in my Isp, and only during the night it's unlimited.

If anyone know of any program or torrent client that have this option please help me!!

Azureus has a plugin called Speed Scheduler. It works very well... ;)
