The V8 will be cooler once he puts it into the DP1. That atom is just a test bed for the motor.

They've been putting that Hayabusa V8 in cars for years. Caterhams, radicals, Westfields, etc

Its a Hayabusa V8. 2 Hayabusa 1300cc bike motors. Those engines are sick, they put them in Caterhams and Radicals. The Radical SR8 that set a new Nurburgring record had one.
They've been putting that Hayabusa V8 in cars for years. Caterhams, radicals, Westfields, etc

The link says it's 1 of 2 engines. And "I wanted to seperate Chassis testing from Engine testing"

Also says the motor is called "H1" for "Hartley Enterprises" and is 2.8 litres. The V8 your talking about was built/engineered by Radical and is 2.6 litres.
