audio extractor

i got loads of comedy vids that i want to extract the audio from it so i can listen to it and that blah blah blah

but i dont know what to use. i tried some from download.com but they were infested with ad/spyware anyone got anything good?

I usually just use virtualdub (www.virtualdub.org).
