I'd like to hear your experiences on automotive related apps. Even links to good reviews and tests would be nice.

Anything goes. OBD-tools, fuel consumption logs, car mode dashboards, track day timers, etc.

What would you recommend?

iCoyote, the only app i ever use in my car...

For obd-II, I use torque pro, great for monitoring parameters, and read and clear ecu codes.

Fuel tracking : aCar.

Car mode home: Car Home Ultra.

I use Spritmonitor.de and their iOS app for logging my fuel. The app is a bit buggy and you need to learn what you can do and not without fucking things up. But everything is fixable via the web site.

Now that I got a phone mount I ended up using Car Dashdroid. Its very nice and works well. It also seems to be the most "material design" of the car home apps I've looked at.
