I too hold mixed feelings towards it. FF + drum brakes + 7.0 litres + no manual option = wrong. Looks good, though.

8:25 for relevant leaf blower-ness.

You can improve your engine with leaf blowers if they can put out a good amount of air. It's just like a supercharger or turbocharger. The gas powered leaf blowers can produce much more air when compared to the electrics ones. And with 5 blowing air, i think its possible.

So basically you can get power by strapping enough engines to your engine. At that point you might as well go for proper forced induction.

Could you use, say, a SCUBA tank with a regulator on it? Sure, it would be constant, and would only last as long as the air in the tank lasts, but...

There've been experimental cars that ran off of boiling liquid nitrogen, so theoretically if you had enough air under enough pressure then sure. I expect, though, that if you used standard compression ratios for scuba gear it wouldn't contain enough energy to make a difference.

scuba tanks are 2400 to 3500psi, if I remember right.
