Wood burning camp stove that runs on the twigs and sticks you pick up during a hike so you don't have to carry propane. Safer then building a fire the old fashioned way as it is contained in the stove and it generates electricity from the fire.
All joking aside, this is interesting as fuck! And not that expensive either.

Yeah I first saw it last year on Cramer's show and really liked it. I want to get back into hiking and camping but I can't be disconnected from the world like I was 10-15 years ago. You can go on a three day hike with this thing and not have to worry about power or running out of fuel for cooking. Any place I hike around here will have plenty of old deadfall to use as fuel and the chances of sparking a wildfire are almost non-existent the way it contains the fire.

The things they say about people in developing countries using open fires for cooking and the problems it causes are absolutely true. If you could use the large homestove they have to make a dent in that problem many lives could be saved.
