Besides this being incredibly awesome, what type of ship is this?
My first guess would have been Iowa-class but there are a few too many guns on it ...

I'm guessing the Yamato class.

The weird deck line makes it look like the ship broke its back on that photograph.

It is for sure, no other battleship has the armored anti aircraft guns on the side and the symbol on the prow.

She's also the only battleship that carries 6" armament in addition to the 18" armament.

Also all japanese Battleships and some heavy cruisers wore the imperial crest on the prow. It's not a Yamato only feature.

I'm beginning to think that Roger Moore was the best Bond - yes, even better than Sean "Jap-Anus Relations" Connery. He managed to be cheesy and legitimately ass-kicking at the same time, and it's impossible to watch him as Bond without a big grin on your face.

I loved Lazenby's movie...I enjoyed the different side to Bond...I was really pissed at the ending too, as I actually felt for her (kinda like I did with Vesper)
