Unless you keep on adding different dials, I think a gyroturbillion is as complex as you can get. :/

The Franck Muller Aeternitas Mega 4 has more added dials (aka complications aka functions beyond minutes, seconds, and hours) than any other watch ever...AND it has a tourbillon mechanism though admittedly its not as complex as the gyro-tourbillon.

Thanks guys. You just made my poor Breitling ChronoRacer Rattrapante feel really insignificant. Last time I looked at it, it was 8:20. Now I realise it wasn't telling me the time it was telling me it was sad. :(
