is it worth mentioning that in the Vietnam special they were destined for Ha Long Bay from the beginning, so they were set on getting to Ha Long Bay. Later in the episode, they catch a train, evidently the wrong train and arrive in Hanoi, annoyed.
However, towards the beginning of the episode when Jeremy's Vespa breaks down he says "if someone asked if i'd like to hop to HANOI, i would say yes". Sort of shows that they knew since the beginning that they were going to arrive at Hanoi. They possibly could of known but they basically told the audience they did and that "annoyed scene was just a lie"
I never do this but everyone bitching about continuity errors, i've seen this episode manyt imes, so i picked up on it around playback 42 lol....
