The only thing that would stop me from paying is quality. If it's streamed, it'll be choppy. What fun is watching glorius Aston powerslides if they chop ery couple of frames. And the sound won't be that good.
The only way this would work is a downloadable single file like VUK does. BUt then it's a matter of pirate vs corperte, and the pirates always win.

You know what I think would be a grand idea. Is for the BBC to give some commision to the guy who runs this site(cause he's a legend and fills my need to watch top gear in full, not the aussie cut up crap version) and make it somehow that everyone has to register and sign a contract that they can download the episodes free every week(or sign up for a fee to download) but agree(by contract) to buy the season on dvd after its finished.(or in the case of sign up fee, get the dvd that they paid for in their sign up fee after the season is over), everyone wins.
I dont know if that sounds outlandish but I think that is the best possible way it could be done
