not best screen shot you could have taken. there are shots from the front.
surely him appearing without the helmet would be better used as proff that he isn't the stig. if ben collins was the stig and they kept using him why not put him in the outfit?
i am not denying the possibility that he could be "the" or one of many stigs but simply a number of sppearances?
what about tim collins?
why in the world is some guy in a bugatti have to be the stig. cant it just be some crew member driving it from point a to point b so that the crew can take some nice shots of the car without bothering clarkson or anyone else.

Top Gear say a lot of things... doesn't mean it's true.
Incidentally, Ben Collins is on the entry list for the Sebring 12 hours next weekend in an LMP1 Radical R10.
There was also talk of him trying to get a NASCAR drive this season. They might have to find a replacement!

It was mentioned in the production notes. People asked how they get all the shots if they are racing and the answer was that the Stig drove it back to Italy and they got the shots on the way.
