Just saw I Robot again, and Detective Spooner's Audi is awesome, so I just wondered which do you think is the coolest "futuristic/concept" movie car in cinema?

I Robot Audi = Audi R8 on Steroids.

I think the I Robot Audi looks quite ugly, actually :|

Covered wheels just don't work...

I really like futuristic looking Audis. Its not a movie car, but the Audi Nero is amazing.

Maybe if only they got rid of those grooves around the wheel covers

i suppose this sorta counts but i have always loved the Turbo Interceptor from The Wraith

Easy: The Starcar from The Last Starfighter

Anyone have the soundtrack to that film? It was brilliant.

I actually never liked the futuristic cars in movies,
they always look kinda lame, and futuristic-just-for-the-sake-of-being-futuristic.

The only good ones were actual corpotation prototypes, just borrowed for the movie.

This one has the Mr. Fusion so technically it's from the future...

Even though the movies suck next to Batman Begins, atleast they had a cooler car.

i find it funny that they released it in HD-DVD but you can't get it in normal DVD anymore

never mind you can get it new from amazon for $8

 Agreed.

I saw it at the Audi museum at Ingolstadt, and it really is stunning. What would you think if you saw this in your rear view mirror?

i'd vomit all over my dash and steering wheel.

I was pretty intrigued by the Lexus from Minority Report when I first saw it.

That car gets my vote, I remember watching that movie a lot when I was younger. Great CGI for it's time.

The movie RSQ isnt suppose to have wheels, but rotating spheres that work under the influence of a magnetic field.

Im sure i still have that movie on VHS somewhere. Havent seen it for years

Probe V from Back to the Future 2. It only made a cameo in the back round, but it was and is a seriously aerodynamic. More importantly though my father was on the team that helped build they electrics for it. Whats hard to see in the picture is the strands of 1000s of LED lights it has on its tail, apparently the taillight alone were worth well over a cool million, and they could be programmed to say or draw inappropriate things :)
